Downsizing means going through every room and making a call on every piece: keep, give to family, donate, store or toss. That’s your job (and it’s a big one). Ours is making each of those decisions easy to carry out.
Once you know what’s going where, we pack it, load it and deliver it: the keepers to your new home, the family pieces to the kids, the overflow to a storage unit and the donations to a drop-off. What’s left can go on the truck too, as haul-away.

Downsizing Tips That Save Time on Moving Day
- Measure the new rooms first. Then measure the furniture you love. If the sofa won’t fit the new living room, better to know now.
- Start with the rooms you use least: basement, attic, garage, guest room. Save the kitchen and bedroom for last.
- Ask family early what they’d like. Pieces nobody claims can go to donation.
- Label boxes and furniture by destination: “new home – kitchen”, “Jenny”, “storage”, “donate”.
- Sell big items early if you’re selling. Anything unsold by moving day can still be donated or hauled.

Will you help me decide what to keep?
Those decisions are yours, but we’ll gladly talk through what will physically fit in the new space during the estimate, and make sure the plan covers every pile: keep, family, storage, donation and haul-away.
Can you take things to a storage unit and the new house on the same day?
Yes. Multi-stop moves are common. We’ll load in an order that makes the stops efficient.
Do you haul away furniture nobody wants?
Yes. We can drop usable items off for donation and haul away the rest. Let us know what’s going so we bring enough room on the truck.
