Information you send us
When you use our estimate or contact form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address, the details of your move (addresses or towns, dates, what you’re moving and services you’d like) and any message. We use it only to answer you, prepare your estimate and plan your move. Submissions are stored in our website’s private dashboard and emailed to us. If you ask for one, we send a confirmation email to the address you gave.
To block spam, the form records a one-way scrambled version of your internet address (we never store the address itself) and basic browser information. We don’t sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Phone and email
If you call or email us, we use your details to answer you and schedule your move. We don’t add you to mailing lists.
Cookies and visitor statistics
The site itself doesn’t need cookies to work. We may use privacy-friendly visitor statistics to see which pages are useful; these don’t identify you personally.
If we run advertising on Facebook or Instagram, this site may load the Meta Pixel, which lets Meta measure visits and estimate requests from those ads. You can control ad tracking in your Facebook settings and your browser.
Content from other sites
Some pages show our Google reviews through a review widget, which may load profile pictures from Google. The map on our Contact page only loads from Google Maps if you click “Show the map”. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These services have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep information
We keep estimate and contact requests for as long as they’re useful for serving you and keeping business records. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we have to keep it by law (for example, the paperwork for a completed move).
Children
This website isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page.
