We hold our own interstate household goods authority (USDOT 1271511, MC-496640), so moves between Ohio and Michigan, and anywhere in the lower 48, are ours from start to finish.

Interstate Moves, Done by the Book
Federal rules protect you when a move crosses state lines, including the short hop from Toledo to Temperance. Here’s what to expect from any licensed interstate mover, including us.
A real USDOT and MC number
Interstate household goods movers must be registered with the FMCSA. Ours: USDOT 1271511, MC-496640. You can look any mover up at protectyourmove.gov.
Your rights booklet
Interstate customers receive the federal “Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move” booklet along with their written estimate.
Your choice of coverage
Basic released-value protection (60 cents per pound per item) comes at no extra cost, or you can buy full-value protection before the move starts.

How far will you move us?
Anywhere in the lower 48 states. Our customers have moved from Ohio to Florida and from Michigan to Colorado, among many others.
How is a long-distance move priced?
It depends on the size of your home and the crew and trucks it needs, the distance, any packing, and the coverage you choose. Longer trips also include fuel and, if the crew needs to stay overnight, lodging. Everything is laid out in your written estimate before you book.
Is a move from Toledo to Michigan considered interstate?
Yes. Any move that crosses a state line is an interstate move under federal rules, even a few miles from Toledo to Temperance or Lambertville. We’re licensed for those moves.
How far ahead should I book a long move?
Four to six weeks is ideal, and more in summer. If you’re up against a closing date or a job start, call as soon as you know. We can often still help on shorter notice.
