What affects the cost of my move?
The size of your home and how much is in it, the distance, large or specialty items, whether you want packing, the time it will take, the number of movers needed, the time of year, furniture disassembly, and the coverage you choose.
Do you charge extra for stairs or heavy items?
Tell us about stairs, elevators, long carries and heavy items during the estimate so we can plan the right crew and equipment. Everything that affects your price is spelled out in your written estimate before you book.
What if my move changes after the estimate?
Let us know as soon as it does: more rooms, a new address or a second stop. If your move needs more crew or equipment than planned, we’ll always talk with you first. You’re never charged for something without your knowledge and permission.
Can I change or cancel my date?
Yes. Call us as early as you can and we’ll find a new date or cancel.
