Home base
Toledo Is Our Hometown
Fox started in Toledo in 2003 and never left. With about 270,000 people, the city has every kind of move in it: tall Victorian and Arts & Crafts homes in the Old West End, former lake cottages on the Point Place peninsula, ranch houses in West Toledo and South Toledo, downtown lofts, and apartments near the University of Toledo and the hospitals.
Old West End staircases, third-floor walk-ups and moves across the Skyway or the Anthony Wayne Bridge are all part of a normal week for us. That local knowledge saves you time on moving day, and on an hourly local move, time is money.

What Toledo Says About Us
These two men were AMAZING!! They packed my belongings with excellence. I would highly recommend them specifically to pack and move anyone!
I've always referred all of my family and friends to Fox Relocation. Professional, easy going crew and always top tier service! You won't find any better in Toledo!
The two movers showed up a few minutes early and got right to work. It was a great help to me to move my mom to a different floor in the same building. They did all the heavy lifting and put things in their proper place.
These 2 guys were amazing. They were very professional, worked quickly and efficiently and were finished in less than 2 hrs, even after rearranging the stuff already packed in the POD.
Both Nate and Jay were outstanding. Efficient, careful with my things and even helped set up my bed frame. Above all, they were courteous and accommodating.

How We Help Toledo Families
Old houses, tight stairs
The Old West End’s big turn-of-the-century homes, and plenty of older houses across the city, mean narrow stairways and tight landings. We take furniture apart when we need to, pad everything and protect the woodwork. Residential moves
Senior & assisted living moves
From the family home to a senior community like Oakleaf Village on the west side, or to a new floor in the same building, as one Toledo customer’s mom did. Senior moves
PODS & rental trucks
Loading and unloading containers and trucks all over the city, including rearranging a half-packed POD so the rest fits. Loading help

Toledo Moving Tips
- Crossing the river? Moves between East Toledo or Oregon and the rest of the city cross the Maumee by the I-280 Skyway or the downtown bridges. We plan the timing around rush hour.
- Downtown and Warehouse District lofts often have freight elevators and set move times. Book both with the building.
- Ottawa Hills is its own village, with its own rules. Ask about parking a truck on your street.
- Point Place began as a summer cottage community before Toledo annexed it in 1937. Tell us about tight floor plans or a long carry from the street, and we’ll plan the crew and truck to fit.
